  - Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) with 30 mL of hot water at 80º C

  - Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) matcha and whisk with 30 mL hot water at 80º C
  - Add 90-100 g ice and 100 mL oat/almond milk to a glass
