I ordered a 500 g pack of The Bean Co Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold AAA coffee from Suspire (Order #50118, ₹1,023).
What I received was a completely unrelated 200 g packet of Homeda Choti Kali Harad (Haritaki) in old/dirty-looking packaging.
The courier label clearly shows that my shipment was supposed to contain the coffee ordered. I have photographic evidence of the package, shipping label and the product actually received.
Despite reporting this, my complaint remains unresolved.
This is not a minor issue such as damaged packaging or a different coffee variety. I paid for coffee and received an entirely different product.
I expect Suspire to investigate this properly and provide either a full refund or the exact product ordered.
I am sharing this review so that other customers are aware of my experience.
