If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email us at support@suspire.in with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear images highlighting the issue with the product
Our team will review the request and get back to you with the next steps. Please ensure that all required details and images are shared so we can assess and process your request as quickly as possible.
How the Process Works
Once we receive your email along with the required images and details, our team will review the request within 48 hours.
After the request is reviewed and approved, we will share an update with you and initiate the pickup and exchange process at the earliest.
Please note that the exchange process is subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
