At Suspire India Ecosystems Private Limited (“Company”), we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience. As a marketplace focused on quality and conscious products, we follow a strict quality-based return and replacement policy.


Return & Replacement Overview

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a valid issue with the product

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Refunds are not applicable

  • Only replacement will be provided, subject to verification and product availability


Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request will be considered if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect or wrong

  • The product is expired (if applicable)


Conditions for Return / Replacement

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Products that are used, altered, or tampered with will not be accepted

  • Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless received damaged


How the Process Works

Once you submit your request:

  • Our team will review and validate your request

  • You will be updated on the status

  • Upon approval, a replacement will be arranged


Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • In case the product is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to provide an alternative resolution

  • The Company may request additional details for verification before approval
