Suspire Gift Card Policy

At Suspire, approved refunds are provided exclusively in the form of a Suspire Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used towards future purchases on Suspire.

1. Issuance of Gift Cards

Gift Cards are issued only in cases where a refund has been approved as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Gift Cards are issued after the returned product has been received and the request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Once approved, the Gift Card will be issued within 48 hours.

2. Validity

Suspire Gift Cards are valid for 3-4 months from the date of issue.

The Gift Card must be used within the validity period. Extensions, once the Gift Card has expired, may not be possible.

3. Redemption

Gift Cards can be redeemed towards eligible purchases on Suspire.

The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

If the order value exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining amount may be paid using the available payment methods on Suspire.

4. Important Notes

Gift Cards cannot be converted into cash or bank transfers.

Gift Cards are issued only against approved refund cases and are not issued automatically for every return or exchange request.

All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to our eligibility criteria and verification by the Suspire team.

Suspire reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the issuance and use of Gift Cards in accordance with this policy.
