We deliver to most metro and non-metro cities across India through our trusted logistics partners.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from order placement

  • For made-to-order products, timelines may vary and will be mentioned on the product page

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

While we aim to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to operational or external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders across India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders, subject to eligibility

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or non-response:

  • Our delivery partner may reattempt delivery

  • Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation at our discretion

Packaging & Safety

All products are carefully packed and undergo quality checks before dispatch. Extra care is taken for fragile items to ensure they reach you safely.

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, we recommend:

  • Refusing the delivery, or

  • Recording an unboxing video and contacting us immediately

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of delays, feel free to contact us with your order details

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
