Refund policy

At Suspire India Ecosystems Private Limited (“Company”), we follow a replacement-first approach to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.


General Policy

Refunds are not applicable for orders once placed and delivered.
All eligible concerns are resolved through replacement only, subject to verification as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.


Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under rare circumstances, such as:

  • The replacement product is out of stock
  • The Company is unable to process a replacement

In such cases, refunds will be initiated only after approval by the Company.


Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallet):
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, for which the required details will be collected from the customer.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (in exceptional cases only) will be processed within 5 business days.


Important Notes

  • All requests are subject to review and verification by the team
  • Refunds will only be processed once the request meets the eligibility criteria
  • The Company’s decision in all cases shall be final and binding
