• - Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) with 30 mL of hot water at 80º C
  - Whisk using a bamboo whisk until a "microfoam" is formed
  - Add 120 mL hot water (not boiling) to the whisked hojicha and enjoy hot
  
  To make a perfect iced latte:
  
  - Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) hojicha and whisk with 30 mL hot water at 80º C
  - Add 90-100 g ice and 100 mL oat/almond milk to a glass (Dairy milk can also be used)
  - Pour the whisked hojicha on top of the ice to create a beautiful layered drink and enjoy.
