 • Test / Certification: Soch reusable menstrual disc is manufactured using medical grade silicone in accordance with the following regulatory requirements: FDA, CE and ISO 13485 approved, ISO 10993 biocompatibility test, RoHS, REACH.  


• When to remove: One cup can collect menstrual blood for approx. up to 3-8 hours depending upon the flow. For good hygiene, cup should be emptied and washed every 8 hours even if it is not full. Wash the cup with water or unscented soap. 


Low Cervix: The Small size is ideal for those with a low cervix, as it offers a comfortable fit without causing pressure or discomfort.

High Cervix: The Large size is better suited for those with a high cervix, ensuring optimal coverage and ease of access during removal.


How to Wear the SochGreen Reusable Menstrual Disc


Inserting your SochGreen Menstrual Disc is simple and hassle-free. Here's how:


Fold the Disc: Hold the disc lengthwise and fold it into a figure-eight shape for easy insertion.

Insert the Disc: With the folded rim first, gently guide the disc into your vaginal canal, keeping the tab end last to enter.

Position It: Push the rim up and tuck it securely behind your pubic bone. This ensures a leak-free fit.

Check for Comfort: The premium medical-grade silicone is soft and flexible, ensuring it slides in comfortably and stays in place throughout the day.
