This weekly meal planner from akiiko, enables you to achieve all your diet goals. It helps in planning out your meals for the week, way ahead and in detail. The pages also have a separate section for your grocery essentials, and can be used as a checklist to determine your requirements. In addition, each day of the week is categorised by am, noon and pm to elaborately plan out the meal details. The notepad is backed up by a kraft board, for sturdiness and support and a strip of juco(jute and cotton) that holds the pages together, in place. The notepad is also perforated at the top, which makes tearing off the page a lot more convenient

We offer different shipping rates for the different types of orders, i.e., prepaid, partially-paid and cash-on-delivery orders. They are as follows:

i) Prepaid Orders:
a) Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000.
b) Rs. 49 shipping charge for orders below Rs. 1000.

ii) Cash on Delivery (COD):
a) Available for orders up to Rs. 3000 with a Rs. 30 COD convenience fee on top of the Rs. 49 shipping charge.
b) Not available for orders exceeding Rs. 3000.

iii) Partial Payment:
a) For the Partial Payment option, customers can avail free shipping, but a COD convenience charge of INR 30 will apply.
b) This option is available for cart values up to INR 5000.
