Shipping & Delivery

Shippment Slab 1 -
If order value is less than Rs. 1000, flat shipment charge of Rs. 100

Shipment Slab 2 -
If order value is greater than Rs. 1000, we offer free shipping!

On average the delivery time is 5-7 working days. We deliver it to you between 8 am and 9 pm on all business days between Monday and Saturday except Sundays and public holidays.

In the event that you require a made-to-order product to be delivered to you early, please write to us at support@suspire.in. We will try our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee the same.

Made to Order/ Personalisation

Each piece made by some of our vendors takes a considerable amount of time and effort, hence your product is made only after they have received your order to avoid overproduction. Your order will be dispatched within 10- 12 days from the date of your order confirmation.

In the event that you require a made-to-order product to be personalised, please write to us at support@suspire.in. We will try our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee the same.

No, there is no minimum order for made-to-order products.

Gift Wrapping

As of right now we do not have the provision to add gift wrapping to any of the orders. However, this is something that our team is working on. 

Yes, we do have the option of sending an E-Gift message to the intended recipient. We would require minor details such as your email address and the message you’d like to send in.

For COD Orders: We levy an additional Rs. 50 charge.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In the case that you would like to cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing it, please reach out to us at support@suspire.in and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your order once the product has been shipped.

Return or replacement requests for any order should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. However, in case of damaged, missing, empty packages, or wrong products, a request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. Please note that returns, replacements and refunds are not valid on cosmetic, made-to-order and/or innerwear products due to the nature of the products.

Your return request should meet the following conditions to be accepted:

The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels etc.

Products must be in their original form and unsoiled

Brand packaging should be intact

Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time
